2. 組織制定、修訂安全生產(chǎn)操作規(guī)程并培訓(xùn)一線員工；
Stipulate and revise production operating procedures
3. 開展現(xiàn)場檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)隱患，提出整改措施；
Deploy field audits, find non-conformities and raise corrective/preventives measures
4. 在裝置開、停工、設(shè)備檢修、改造、變更工藝方案前，提供相應(yīng)的技術(shù)支持、考慮安全技術(shù)措施的應(yīng)用；
Provide corresponding technical supports with consideration of safety technical measures before unit start-up, shutdown, equipment maintenance and modifications.
5. 參加生產(chǎn)事故的調(diào)查、分析、更正/預(yù)防措施的實施。 Participate investigation, analysis and treatment of incident/accident.
6. 監(jiān)督倒班人員遵守SOPs的要求以及給倒班員工工作指令。 Supervise and check shifts operations under the requirements of SOPs and issues daily instructions to shift staff.
7. 改善焚燒爐的可靠性和天然氣的消耗， 生化污水COD的日處理能力。 Improve incinerators’ reliability and yields for natural gas, bio-WWT daily COD treatment capacity.
8. 協(xié)調(diào)水處理車間的維修工作，特別是計劃性的維修工作的任務(wù)清單、維修準(zhǔn)備、維修后的設(shè)備調(diào)試等。 Coordinate maintenance activities of WWT, especially for planned maintenance (turnaround, short shutdown …. ) in terms of maintenance tasks, preparations of maintenance, commissioning of equipment etc.
9. 協(xié)助運營管理層的日常生產(chǎn)以實現(xiàn)車間的管理目標(biāo)。 Assist operations management on routine operations management to realize workshop objectives.
10. 定期更新SOPs和MOCs改善可操作性/可靠性。 Update SOPs periodically and issue MOCs for operability and reliability improvements.
任職要求： 對本科背景的至少3年工作經(jīng)驗或2年以上在跨國公司的三廢處理的實踐操作經(jīng)驗Minimum of 3-year working for bachelor degree or 2-year working for master degree with wastes treatment operating experiences in a MNC in a manufacturing environment
